Plants
Safety and line status, typed on the desk
A plant screen should say whether the line is running and how to leave the building. This pack starts with those slides. You keep the numbers current. The desk does not read a machine.
This page is the Factory Floor service of Pulse 360 Signage, built in Delhi NCR by Pulse 360 Communications. On the trial form, choose Factory Floor (Plants) under What do the screens show?
Use cases
The days-without-incident number lives in a spreadsheet
The pack includes that slide. Edit the number and save. The screen shows what you typed.
The line stops and the wall still says Running
Change the line-status slide. There is no PLC, SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, or MES connection to flip it for you.
An alarm has to reach every screen
On Operations or Phone, press Leave the building or Stay where you are. Players check about every 5 seconds. Press Clear alert when it should stop.

Questions
Can a fire panel or PLC trigger the screen?
No. A person presses Leave the building or Stay where you are, or you send a CAP alert from the address on Operations.
How fast does the alert show?
Players check about every 5 seconds, so a screen can take that long to change.
