Reception screens repeat the same welcome, a room status, and a weekly figure. Workplace Hub starts with those three slides. Someone on the desk changes them when the day changes.

Edit the room slide and save. Outlook and Google Calendar are not connected, so the line does not follow a booking.

Visitors do not know where to stand

Edit the visitor welcome. It can say to check in at the desk. A visitor-management system is not connected.

The weekly number should be on the wall

Type it on the KPI slide. Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce are not connected.

Will the room slide follow Outlook?

No. Edit the slide when the room is booked or free.

Can I put a Power BI report on the screen?

Not as a live report from Power BI. You can show a web page, a picture, or the KPI words you type.
